After graduating as a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from Mumbai University in 2001, he came to Australia to pursue further post graduate studies in Accounting. He successfully completed his Masters of Business in Professional Accounting from Victoria University, Melbourne in 2003. Along with his studies, he was already working as a Volunteer Accountant at a suburban Accounting firm called Patel & Associates. He joined WHK Crowe Horwath (5th largest Accounting Business in Australia) in 2004 as a Graduate Accountant. He gained exposure to various levels of client’s base ranging from a simple Individual to group structures involving various mix of Entities including SMSF (Self Managed Superannuation Fund). In 2008, he joined Lal Pardasani & Associates and had the privilege to work with Mr. Lal Pardasani under his direct supervision and guidance. During his career he has gained extensive experience in advising clients from different business areas including and not limited to, Hospitality Industry, Retail Businesses, Manufacturing Business, Professional Doctors, IT Consultants & SME’s. Vishal is a mighty Hawks (Hawthorn Football Club) supporter and enjoys cricket as well.

After graduating as a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Mumbai in 2004, he started to work within a professional accounting and financial planning firm as an Assistant to the financial adviser. He pursued further post graduate studies in Financial Planning and successfully completed his Certified Financial Planning course from International College of Financial Planning, Mumbai India in 2008. In 2009, he migrated to Australia and joined Citadel Wealth Solutions (CWS) as a Para Planner. During his career he gained experience in preparing financial plans for clients in areas including but not limited to superannuation, personal risk insurance, personal investments and self managed superannuation funds. Continuing to work with CWS, he also completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) course in 2011 from The Carlyle Institute, Melbourne. In 2012, he joined Orion Private Wealth Management as a Financial Planner where he develops strategic financial plans for clients who are looking for advice in financial planning areas such as superannuation, personal risk, personal investment, retirement planning and accumulating wealth. Krunal enjoys Cricket, Formula 1, Soccer and Tennis.

After graduating as a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from Mumbai University, India in 2004, she further pursued her post graduate studies in Commerce. She successfully completed her Masters of Commerce in Business from Mumbai University, India in 2006. She started her corporate career in 2006 and joined Directi as a Portfolio Analyst. In 2008, she joined Cognizant Technology Solutions. Cognizant is a global leader in business and technology services that helps the clients transform their core business processes for greater flexibility, higher efficiency and lower costs. She had the opportunity to work in a pilot project for IMS Healthcare USA as a Business Analyst to transfer the first ever life science pharmacy project from USA to India. After her move to Melbourne, Australia in 2010 she joined Cerno as a Process and Compliance officer. In 2011, she grabbed the opportunity to work with Victorian Government for Department of Transport as a Business Analyst. The core responsibilities were to identify and review / establish / implement business processes, being managed as part of project delivery or as a result of changes to fares or ticketing policy, that will need to continue as part of Operations. Nisha is a versatile Business Analyst by profession and this also reflects in her personal life as she thoroughly enjoys learning various forms of dances. She is a part of Shiamak Davar’s Melbourne Dance Team and has performed at various private and public events. |
